Everywhere was clean, room with central heating, multi-channel television, and a sitting area was really immaculately clean and brand-new. The location was particularly good for exploring Dusseldorf.

The venue is nicely designed and comfortable, its location is favourable, next to the public transportations and the central railway station and Dusseldorf. All the staff is superbly FRIENDLY and is engaged to make your stay really nice. The building is new, the room is exceptionally clean and brand-new.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Dusseldorf and had a great experience at H2 Hotel Seestern. The rooms were spotlessly clean and offered great value for the price. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing slippers and hot water for tea. The breakfast spread was truly impressive, with a wide variety of warm and cold dishes, including multiple types of honey and freshly baked bread. The location was also convenient for visiting both Dusseldorf and Cologne. it was a perfect place for a short holiday.

The hotel provides a WELCOMING service. Their breakfast option with options for those with lactose and lactose or gluten is delicious, put others we have been to shame!

Impeccably clean and luxurious room, a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets in the room. Extremely comfy bed and welcoming services. Marvellous and perfect setting, not far from the tram, Düsseldorf centre and the outskirts of the town.

our weekend stay at the hotel was amazing. the staff was super helpful and the dog-friendly environment was a pleasant surprise. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. the breakfast had great options for dietary restrictions and the 24-hour snacks shop was a bonus. overall, a fantastic experience.

The overall service wasn't up to par. In terms of room cleaning, both the toilet paper and the beds were not adequately maintained or made.
